Go on BittyBot and enter “paypal” in the search and it will show you the cheapest place to buy bitcoins with PayPal.

Thanks, looks awesome too. I’ve always used https://bittylicious.com/ because you can get small amounts for very little effort (no verification etc) – I hope they accept PayPal one day.

If you have an iOS device, you can easily buy BTC with your PayPal account by using ATOMBIT Wallet.

There’s no verification and money is sent fast.

Good luck!

That was awesome – bought a small amount with PP, and the BTC arrived a few hours later. Thanks for the heads up on that one! 😀

Looking for places to buy bitcoin with PayPal that doesnt have a very high rate.

There are only a few exchanges that accept PayPal due to it being easily reversed:

eToro: You can fund an account on eToro and buy a bitcoin position.

paypal prohibits the sale of bitcoin (or any form of currency exchange) in their policy.

So if you find somebody who does it, it will only be on a personal level.

Their purchase protection is a nightmare for merchants, as you as a buyer can always claim that the bitcoins, were not delivered in the ordered color and ask for your money back…

Yeah I have this problem buying anything via paypal that isn’t a website. People always complain/want cash inperson etc because of this part of paypal.

I signed up for YouTipIt, but they have this rule that I can’t withdraw the BTC for 45 days, which is just ridiculous, I may be doing something wrong, though.

I don’t, really, just a one [maybe more in the future, but not regularly] time thing for a small amount of BTC.

Even though PayPal has been very favorable of Bitcoin in recent years, it’s still an issue to find credible places to buy bitcoins with PayPal in 2020.

This is mainly due to chargeback issues (here’s a short video illustrating this).

This post will cover tested methods that will allow you to overcome this issue.

If you want a more detailed explanation about each method keep on reading. Here’s what I’ll cover:

I’m interested in buying to hold for a year or two.

I know that the price is high and it’s recommended to only buy bitcoin in “the dip”.

However I strongly feel it will go higher.

Having read through a couple of forums and wikis, I noticed that most of the recommended places to buy bitcoin are no longer online or have shut down.

I saw this with bitmarket, tradehill, and (famous?) mtgox websites all no longer sell btc.

It seems there is a big turnover of exchanges over the years.

Which sites do initiated users recommend for purchasing bitcoin easily in 2017? I may go on to try trading too, so any advice for this would be great also.

LocalBitcoins has been in business for YEARS and still going strong. Do not risk your money, be safe.

P.S.
